Affiliated Photographer List
We have compiled a list of our trusted photographers to help you on your pinup journey, whether you are a seasoned pinup or just wanting some glamorous pin up style photos to submit to Retrospective Magazine. All on our list are approved by us and are experienced in the pin up style of photograpy. Much of their work has appeared in both print and online media, some locally here in South Africa, but all Internationally.
Each studio offers different packages. Please may we ask that you liaise directly with the photographer/studio.
We are looking for partner Photographers/studios to join our Photographer affiliate list.
We currently have some fabulous affiliate studios already in the following areas: Cape Town/WC, Durban/KZN, UK, Southern California (USA), so won’t be taking any more submissions for those areas.
However if you are outside of those areas, please feel free to contact us!
What does being a partner photographer/studio mean?
It’s super simple really! We are looking for photographers who have a good portfolio and experience in shooting in the pin up style. We would then be able to recommend these partner Photographers/studios to ladies wanting to do a pin up shoot for Retrospective magazine, but who have no idea who to contact or where to start.
The Steps to being a partner photographer/studio:
1. Submission: Please send links to your social media platforms and your web site, together with any links to recent pinup shoots that you have done.
2. Review: the submitted info and portfolio will then be reviewed by our editorial team and if accepted will then be added to our preferred partner data base.
There is NO COST to the photographer/studio, the listing is FREE – all we ask is that the partner studio’s promote our magazines on their various social media platforms - we are all about spreading that pinup love!
The Benefits:
1. The Partner studio will be promoted on our social media pages (facebook page & instagram) as well as on our official Magazine web site.
2. By being listed on our database pinup models will be more inclined to book with you.
